In order to gain muscle without fat, you not only need to workout hard, but you must also come up with a meal plan to follow…NO SNACKING OR CHEATING. Your diet plan to gain muscle mass without fat should take into account: your age, your current fitness level, your water intake, your current nutrition, your goals, and your budget.

Gaining muscle and losing fat requires one thing above all else…discipline. Ask yourself how committed you are to reaching your goals. Rate yourself on a scale of 1-10 if you want. Motivation fluctuates, so its important to remember how motivated you are when you start. Then, remind yourself constantly.
